Entry forms available here, at Solo Club or at Angelo's Tavern. $20.00 entry fee.
Contestants will be required to cook 3 slabs of ribs and 10 pounds of chicken thighs or legs.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize will be awarded in each category.
Judges will be drawn at random from all the people who purchase a ticket to eat.
Rib and chicken dinners: $10 per plate.
All proceeds from this event will benefit Eric Ogans, who needs a specialized kidney transplant.
In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to Saturday, January 18.
